AEG (Istanbul , Turkey) SASA ADANA FACTORY
ALARKO has built the Samsun Airport for the Turkish Airport Authorities. EST installed the PLC automation and SCADA Software for eight energy centers distributed to the airport area. ETI HOLDING (Kutahya, Turkey) KUTAHYA ETI SILVER PLANT Main Control and SCADA system of the Silver Plant is developed. A redundant system is developed in order to guarantee the continuous control and supervision of the complete plant. Due to the economic value of the output, the installation of the application time was limited and EST developed special techniques in order to minimize the plant stoppage during installations. ALTINYILDIZ (Istanbul, Turkey) CO-GENERATION PLANT LOAD SHEDDING SYSTEM The leading textile factory and it owns a 4.7 MW, Cogeneration Power Plant. They wanted to develop a SCADA system in order to compensate sudden electric supply changes coming from Turkish Electric Authorities. Turnkey SCADA Software and PLC Application is developed which drops the loads according to the given set of priorities of the customer. ALTINYILDIZ (Istanbul, Turkey) CO-GENERATION PLANT ENERGY MONITORING TEAS (Ankara, Turkey) KARAKAYA HES, ENERGY MONITORING AND SUPERVISORY CONTROL KARAKAYA is the second biggest Hydraulic Power Plant of Turkey. EST replaced the old BECOS Supervisory Control System of the overall plant with a novel Windows NT based SCADA system. The missing communication between the central Load Dispatching Center in Ankara and the plant is also established. PIRIMER (Istanbul, Turkey) ARC FURNACE AUTOMATION PIRIMER (Istanbul, Turkey) CONTINUOUS CASTING
SCM (Rimini, Italy) SAWING MACHINE PLC/CNC PROGRAMMING SCM is a machine manufacturer of wood processing machines from Italy. EST developed the PLC software of the new Sawing Machine of SCM using Fagor PLC/CNC. SCM (Rimini, Italy ) VISION CENTER PLC PROGRAMMING For Eureka E! 1770 St. Joseph Project, SCM developed a Quality Control Center with a Vision System. EST developed the PLC Control of this machine. SCM (Rimini, Italy) EUREKA 1170 ST. JOSEPH, SUPERVISOR For Eureka E! 1770 St. Joseph Project demo system is developed by SCM composed of three woodworking machines and a Quality Control Center. EST developed the Supervisory Software responsible of running the line of production. In order to manage the production , EST developed a set of drivers in order to communicate bar codes, machines as well as operator driven trolleys to carry processed panels. SCM (Rimini, Italy) DEVELOPMENT OF A RECTANGULAR OPTIMIZER FOR THE NOVEL SAWING MACHINES EST developed a very fast and stable Optimization Software for New Type of Cutting Machines which can also cut nonrectangular shapes. YENIGUN INSAAT, VAN PIRRESIT RADAR STATION SUPPLYING WATER PROJECT PLC panels of supplying water system to the radar station and automation of pumps at different pumping stations were done by EST. MES PROJECTSATOS(Torino, Italy), BRISA SHOP FLOOR PROJECT, BRISA is the largest tire plant in Turkey. The project is to establish MES layer for full AETNA (Rimini, Italy) AETNA is project leader for PACK 2000 EUREKA project. EST developed the ICDAS (Istanbul, Turkey) Development of Manufacturing Execution System to provide Real Time Factory data ASSAN (Tuzla Istanbul) Cold Rolling Mill,MES Project. CELIKORD (Izmit) Data collected from two hundred Cabling Machines realized using InTouch SCADA. The collected data is used for quality and production control purposes. BORUSAN Mahmutbey Pipe Factory Data Collection from Pipe Machines realized and the collected data entegrated with AS/400 system which is responsible of ERP operations. TURKTIPSAN Invitro Fluids produced in the factory. The manufacturing execution project realized the production without paper work orders. The production system and SAP connected in a seamless fashion for production with zero error. Entegration with the barcode system of Packaging Unit quarantees the delivery of the products to the customers without any faults.
R&D PROJECTS EUREKA FACTORY PROJECT E! 1770 More than 70% of Europe's furniture is made by SMEs. One of the biggest problems these companies face today is how to satisfy the current demand for 'just-in-time' customized products. Customers used to the instant availability of mass-produced furniture no longer want to wait weeks for items to be tailor-made. If SMEs can respond to this demand without compromising on quality, there is a lucrative market to exploit. The work of a group of European SMEs and research institutes in EUREKA project E! 1770- ST. JOSEPH -could provide the solution. The project is to develop a system that integrates new woodworking machinery and an advanced distribution system in a new style furniture factory. PACK 2000 EUREKA PROJECT MINIREF PROJECT 6th Frame Project in the subject of novel refrigeration systems including a novel automation system design. Due to the environmental restrictions it is very critical to reduce the refrigeration fluid in refrigeration systems. The project aims to reduce ths fluid 95%. Project started in 2005 and it will end in 2008. |
